Never Enough Corn Guide

Collections & rewards

Quick answer

Collections are split into seven categories (Base, Elemental, Animals, Weather, Spirit and God, plus All). Completing each card adds 4 corn varieties and pays out a permanent bonus — from +100% corn chance to land discounts and movement speed.

Collections are Never Enough Corn's real progression system. Money buys equipment; collections buy permanent farm-wide bonuses — and the game says it plainly: complete sets to "unlock and upgrade new abilities and facilities." Here is every category in the menu, and the full reward list for the one set we've been able to document card by card.

The seven categories

The Collection screen splits finds into seven buckets. You open it from the Tab menu (Collection / Book tabs on the left edge). "All" shows everything you own across the other six:

CategoryWhat belongs thereDocumented cards
BaseThe everyday quality tiersNot yet documented publicly
ElementalCondition-flavored corn like Flower CornNames only so far
AnimalsCreature-themed corn ("corn containing animals")All 10 cards listed below
WeatherWeather-gated varietiesNot yet documented publicly
SpiritSpirit-flavored corn, tied to totem playNot yet documented publicly
GodPresumably the endgame tierNot yet documented publicly

We'll fill the empty rows as the community documents its menus — the contact page takes screenshots.

The Animals collection, card by card

Every card in this set takes 4 corn to complete, all ranked "Hard." One official screenshot captured the full grid — here are the rewards as printed on the cards:

CardProgress shownReward
Master Mountaineers0 / 4Corn Chance Bonus +100%
Tree-Climbing Champions0 / 4Harmful Corn appearance chance −49.9%
Terror in the Water0 / 4Corn Chance Bonus +100%
The Big Guys1 / 4Land purchase cost −20%
Little Thieves2 / 4Earn $5 per second
Friends in the Water0 / 4Fast-forward time
Fierce Predators0 / 4Spirit Totem purchase cost −50%
Don't Mess with Them!1 / 4Corn Sale Price Bonus +50%
Clever Aviators0 / 4Aerial Irrigation cooldown −300s
Gotta Go Fast1 / 4Movement speed +25%

Two things stand out. First, the two chance cards each pay +100% Corn Chance — that is the single biggest stackable lever in the game for rare-corn hunting. Second, "Harmful Corn" gets a suppression card, which tells you harmful corn is a real mechanic (we haven't seen its details yet — flagged for the rare-corn page, not invented here).

The rewards are not all equal — sequence them

If you want our recommended order, it depends on what you're optimizing:

  1. Corn Chance bonuses first if you're hunting rares — they compound with Probability Research from the Quest Coin Exchange.
  2. Sale Price +50% and the $5/sec card if you're saving for a big purchase — the passive income card is quiet but rich over a session.
  3. Movement speed and the totem discount are quality-of-life that also saves real money (Fierce Predators halves totem prices).
  4. Land and upgrade discounts before you buy land or upgrades — they only apply to purchases made after the card completes.
